Horizons Revisited
This work explores the notion of projection, interpretation and intention of art. Creating these vacant images make me consider once again, why do I make art? I don't so much remember the details of the scale, the content and colour. It's the sensation we get when we see art. If it resonates with you, the emotion could be alike that of a memory triggered by smell - you remember details being where you were, who you were with, the weather that day and how it made your stomach turn. These works are seemingly vast to enable us to look back within ourselves.
